Home Staging Consultation Report Templates

If you're a home stager or a real estate agent who frequently provides home sellers with consultations on how to prepare their houses to sell, then you know how useful it is to have staging consultation report templates and pre-printed guides on hand that you can use to make your consultations more valuable and efficient.

I've bundled the home staging consultation report templates that I created for my own business, as well as all of the printable home staging guides I hand out to my clients, and made them available to everyone at a very affordable price. Many of the guides are also helpful for my interior design clients. This Canva template bundle is under the listing titled Walk & Talk Staging Consultation Bundle for Home Stagers in my Etsy shop. The consultation report template itself is also sold separately if you don't feel you need the guides, and some of the guides are also sold separately.

All of the home staging consultation report templates in this bundle can be edited and customized using either a free or pro Canva account. You can add your logo and contact information; change the verbiage; change the font styles, sizes and colors; change, delete or add graphics and images; and even change the page sizes if you'd like to print them on something other than 8.5" x 11" paper (although some reformatting will then be necessary). I do advise after purchase that you create a copy before making any changes so you'll always have the original in case you want to start making edits again from scratch. Also, the Home Staging Consultation Report can be filled in and shared as a pdf document.

- For the New Owner - Give this to your clients to fill out for the new owners of the property. It will list things such as paint colors, utility providers, etc.

On many of the guides, I've included a QR code that, when scanned with any smart phone, will open a link to a blog post I've created on this website to more information and/or recommended products you or your clients can purchase to stage homes. You can keep these QR codes on your guides, delete them, or replace them with your own if you have your own online posts you can point to or if you wish to create your own posts.

- Incoming Call Questionnaire - Use this to remember what questions to ask when you get a phone call inquiring about your services

- Consultation Agreement - (Contract) This outlines your rescheduling and cancellation policies, as well as clause to protect you and your business from liability
- Terms & Conditions Text - In lieu of sending the above Consultation Agreement, I require they check a box acknowledging that they agree to these terms and conditions when they book a consultation on my Acuity booking page. You could also use these terms & conditions for any other booking platform that allows for terms and conditions.
- Photo Release - There is a photo release built in to both the Consultation Agreement and the Terms & Conditions described above, but this form could be used in lieu of those if you don’t feel the others are necessary, or you could require they sign this as well when you arrive to the home. This will grant you authorization to use the before and after photos you take of their property for marketing and education purposes.
- Consultation Reminder Script for emails and/or texts to your clients reminding them of their appointment date and time, your rescheduling and cancellation policies, and how to prepare for your arrival.
- Consultation Packing Checklist - This will ensure you don’t forget to pack and load your vehicle with all of the items needed on the day of the consultation.
- “Before” Photos Checklist (to use an alternative to the provided for each room)
- Measurements Checklist Template (you can duplicate as needed so you have one for each room/space)
- “After” Photos Checklist
- “Scan to Pay” Form - Add QR codes for your payment accounts, such as Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, and/or PayPal, so your clients can scan the codes will your votes and easily send payment for their consultation.
- Credit Card Authorization Form - We don’t recommend this as it’s not secure for your clients for you to have their CC details written down, but many stagers use them anyway, so I’ve included one in this template pack. These are most useful when you're renting your staging inventory and want prior authorize to charge their card for monthly renewal fees.
